Position Summary

The Program Manager will oversee Symphony engine component procurement and supplier relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering and operations, and drive program execution toward first flight milestones. Responsibilities include managing titanium and nickel superalloy component sourcing, vendor negotiations, schedule tracking, and risk mitigation including technical reviews, cost management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring ITAR compliance.

Must-Have Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering PMP or equivalent program management certification preferred 5-10 years of aerospace program management experience Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar project management tools Strong understanding of propulsion systems and aerospace manufacturing Experience with supplier management and procurement processes Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with turbofan engine development or certification Knowledge of metallurgy, forgings, castings, and special processes Familiarity with FAA/EASA certification requirements
